Quotes and estimates

Estimates are based on the information available at the time. If additional faults or requirements are found, we will inform you and seek approval before proceeding.

Customer data and backups

Customers are responsible for keeping backups of important data. We take reasonable care, but we are not liable for data loss on devices that were already failing.

Warranty

Parts carry the warranty provided by their manufacturer or supplier. Service warranty terms are stated on the invoice or job card.

Uncollected devices

Devices not collected within 60 days of completion notice may be disposed of after reasonable attempts to contact the customer.

Digital and software projects

Scope, milestones, payment terms and ownership for websites, marketing, CRM and software projects are defined in the project proposal or agreement.
